What if my chain breaks?
Fine chains are delicate, so we cannot take responsibility for breakage. But if your chain comes apart at the zapped link within 7 days of your visit, we will re-zap it at no cost.
Can I have it removed?
Of course. Your ZAPPED! piece is made to stay, but tastes and lifestyles change. We remove it free of charge, and re-zap it for R250 whenever you want it back.
What metals do you use?
9kt gold for a timeless, luxurious finish, or silver imported directly from Italy for a more accessible option. Both are made to last.
Can I get zapped with someone?
Yes. Zapping can be solo or shared with a partner, friend or loved one, and it makes an exceptional gift.
Do you zap anklets too?
We do. Every chain is measured and fitted to your wrist or ankle.
Can you bring zapping to an event?
Yes. It is one of our most-loved event rituals, from bridal showers to client evenings. Plan an event.
