This Product Requires Labrets
Our piercing tops are designed to work with labrets (earring backing). If a labret is not added to your order, you will only receive the decorative top without a backing, and the jewellery cannot be worn on its own.
For hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns on earrings. If the incorrect size is selected, returns will only be considered if the packaging is completely sealed and unopened.
It is important to have your size chosen by one of our professional piercers to ensure the correct fit for your piercing. We strongly recommend selecting the “Pick Up” option at checkout, so that our piercers can assist you with inserting the jewellery in-store. Please note that we cannot accept liability for jewellery that has been self-inserted incorrectly.
