A symbolic gemstone bracelet created as a daily reminder to pause, breathe, stay present, and find gratitude in the moment.
The Mindfulness Bracelet brings together Lapis and Clear Quartz with a delicate Lotus charm. Each element has been chosen for its traditional symbolism, creating a meaningful piece associated with awareness, clarity, truth, and spiritual growth.
The Lotus is a symbol of presence, renewal, and inner awareness, reminding you to honour your journey and remain grounded in the present. Lapis is traditionally associated with wisdom, truth, inner vision, and self-expression, while Clear Quartz is believed to support clarity, healing, harmony, and spiritual growth.
Part of the Beading Project created with the Saartjie Baartman Centre for Women and Children and the Kolisi Foundation, each bracelet is handmade by a gender-based violence survivor. Proceeds from this bracelet support the women involved in the project and the continued work of the Saartjie Baartman Centre.
